We want you (and your furry friends) to love every purchase from PawFriendly. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Damage & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility:

We accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Return is requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used pet toys or opened grooming products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

How to Request a Return:

Please email us at services@pawfriendly.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at services@pawfriendly.shop.
